David graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in August 2022 and is now a Registered Massage Therapist with the CMTBC.
He has thoroughly enjoyed the experience of challenging himself later in life, with going back to college and developing a passion for massage therapy.
College provided a very well rounded experience for David: with athletic outreaches for varsity athletes at UBC and Douglas College; Derby Homecare for seniors’; specialty in-reaches with pre/post natal and multiple sclerosis patients.
Time spent working in the college clinics provided the opportunities to work with a variety of injuries and conditions.
David enjoys implementing a broad spectrum of techniques to treat different conditions such as:

  • PNF
  • Myofascial Release
  • Static Stretch
  • Joint Mobilizations
  • Swedish Massage

David is an avid trail runner and a slightly fanatic downhill mountain biker. Spending any time outdoors, especially with family, is his most favorite way to relax.

“Dawn is an excellent massage and manual osteopathic therapist – her skills and techniques are exceptional. She is very professional and a knowledgeable therapist who consistently addresses my ongoing therapeutic needs and at the same time provides a calming and relaxing experience.” S.E.J

The therapists at Opal Therapeutics Clinic very much appreciate patient referrals. As an expression of gratitude any referral is gifted a $10 dollar Gift Certificate to a locally owned business.
